We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy and execution. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital growth, enhance brand awareness, and optimize customer engagement through various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted regional lead generation and advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize our company website, focusing on user experience (UX) enhancements and collaborating with the Content Manager to ensure fresh and engaging content.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword and backlink strategies, to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Oversee our social media presence, devising strategies to maximize reach and engagement, and ensuring consistent content scheduling.
- Utilize email automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and customers throughout the buyer journey.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Stay informed about industry trends and digital marketing best practices to keep our strategy innovative and effective.
RequirementsSkills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on website management, SEO, social media, digital advertising, and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO tools, CMS platforms, social media management, email automation, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights using Google Analytics.
- Thorough understanding of GDPR regulations and digital marketing compliance.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices, with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
