What you’ll do:
Installation and removal of all electrical and electronic equipment. Select proper equipment size, wire and conduit sizes, breaker sizes and fuse sizes from appropriate catalogs. Ability to install all types of conduit. Operate lift truck when needed. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision Follow all established standard operating procedures Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary Perform other tasks assigned by managementWhat you have:
One year experience in industrial electricity, both AC and DC voltage, single and three phase applications. Basic reading and math skills. Must have valid lift truck license or complete lift truck certification. Interpersonal skills, manual dexterity, mechanical skills, math skills and judgement skills. Pays attention to details. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations. Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously and occasionally more (Example: up to employee’s body weight) or as much as employee feels comfortable with using proper lifting techniques, throughout an 8-12 hour shift. Close vision depth perception and color perception are occasionally required to perform this job. Must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts either day or night, weekdays or weekends as scheduled.
