Your Role

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) within the Victoria’s Secret FP&A team plays a pivotal role in analyzing data and providing financial insight. Responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes for North America Stores, the SFA collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate projections, expense optimization, and influence decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strong analytical skills, financial acumen, strategic thinking, a proactive approach to process enhancement, and the ability to foster cross-functional partnerships to drive business success.

Your Impact 

Lead seasonal budgeting and monthly forecasting process for Victoria’s Secret North America Stores. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage expenses effectively and performance within budget targets. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders supporting key meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews, Board of Directors meetings, and Earnings amongst others. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address business needs.

Minimum Salary : $82,500.00
Maximum Salary : $112,665.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field Advanced degree, CPA, or MBA preferred 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Office suite Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to build effective partnerships across functions and levels of the organization Proven track record of driving results and process improvements
