Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).
A day in the life.
As our Employee Health & Benefits Consultant on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll perform consultative selling to mid-market companies. Business Insurance and Employee Health & Benefits are our sweet spots, and we welcome established books of business.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
2-5 years of Outside B2B (business-to-business) selling. Proven track record in being able to ask the right questions in order to foster credibility quickly while at the same time gaining a sense of how to best align our offerings with the client. Experience in the midmarket - companies with ( - employees). Corporate image coupled with a great attitude. Must be assertive - yet consultative. BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce a plusWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Don’t be shy.
