Job Description

ATI Restoration LLC is a national leader in construction restoration. ATI takes pride in assisting all of our customers and clients -- no project is too big or too small. As part of our national expansion efforts, we are adding to our teams. We have an immediate opening for a Customer Account Representative in our Corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Treasury Specialist handles internal Cash Application Posting for all entities within the organization.

The duties of the Treasury Specialist include processing financial transactions and maintaining records, along with the following:

Accurately applying payments to customer accounts and ensuring proper documentation Working with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Managing cash activity and applying cash payments Monitoring the Intercompany Payments and posting GL payments Posting Unapplied payments and transferring payments within the accounting system Other duties as needed

Required Skills

Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools Associates Degree or equivalent work experience Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus Strong attention to detail, goal oriented Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Windows), and email Commitment to excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to compute basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, faxes, and filing cabinets. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of collections experience. Associate's degree in business, accounting, or other related field preferred. Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit and stand; use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Construction industry experience a plus
