Position Description

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

- Drive the Procurement Value Proposition concept that optimizes the end to end business requirements for quality, service, and costs.

- Responsible for the initiation, formulation, establishment, and negotiation of frame contracts and securing utilization and adherence to these contracts

- Continues procurement process optimization within the agreed field of activities

Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or operations management, finance, or related field.

- Possess at least 3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, project management or supply chain.

- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills and interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, support requests from, and cooperate directly across all levels of the organization.

- Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance;

- Ability to build relationships and partnerships within the organization;

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
