Digital Promotions Specialist 

General Summary & Scope 

• Keep the promotions calendar updated to ensure all launch dates are met. 
• Conduct end-to-end testing of promotions for accuracy and guest satisfaction. 
• Liaise with E-commerce Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Pricing, IT, and other departments to plan and execute online promotions and suggest improvements. 
• Determine and implement corrective actions for guest-facing promotional errors. 
• Collaborate with the Content team on product maintenance and related tasks. 
• Monitor daily reporting and alerts to take necessary actions. 
• Help coordinate major promotional events with E-commerce Merchants and Retail Pricing. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with the IT Ops team. 
• Manage ongoing initiatives such as Mag/Tab, newsletters, and coupon codes. 
• Support additional digital ad hoc projects as required.
