Blue Link Wireless - AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs. Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools. Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment Attaining monthly goals and objectives Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate. Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures Submitting all transaction journals daily Assisting with inventory maintenance

Blue Link Wireless - AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required . Hiring from hospitality fields, servers, bartenders, waiters/waitresses, baristas, nurses, wireless sales individuals, and those with other sales experience. Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets. Competitive and eager to learn Sales Associates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.
