The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, in between the hours of 6:30AM - 7:00PM (40-hour work week). Management will determine schedule.

Location: The Everett Clinic - Hoyt Avenue, Everett, WA

Primary Responsibilities:

First point of contact for our patients. Sets the tone for a positive experienceExhibits empathy, courtesy, competence, efficiency and careSchedules appointments and procedures, following standard guidelinesUses Multiple computer and phone systems to fulfill patient needs over phoneVerifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC)Advises patients of their responsibilities regarding insurance and referral information

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)1+ years of customer service experience1+ years of receptionist experience in a medical office1+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a health care settingKnowledge/understanding of CPT/ICD-10 codingExcellent communication skills and phone etiquette Independent means of transportation during work hours for job related tasks

Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for Washington residents is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour.
