Automated Machine Set Up Operator, Full Time 2nd Shift

PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Automated Machine Set-up Operator* position.

This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate some of our impressive, proprietary automated machinery.

*Full Time 2nd Shift (Monday--Thursday 2:20pm-12:50am)

Training for the first 2-3+ months would be on 1st shift Mon-Thurs (4am-2:30pm initially, then possibly split shift during adjustment period) for this position.

The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations, so we are looking for _*experienced candidates*_with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, first and foremost.

*Requirements:*

-- *Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, _highly preferred experienced_**_working with Metal_*

-- **Strong mechanical aptitude**

-- **Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems**

-- **3+ years of experience both operating AND setting up machines**

-- *Ability to work independently*

--Excellent attention to detail, ability to use close tolerance measuring tools

--Ability to perform repetitive motion standing or sitting in one place for extended periods of time

--Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices

--Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts
