Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a CNA at Surgi-Center of Central VA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients throughout their surgical experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with pre-operative and post-operative care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation. Support patients and ensure their comfort and safety. Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized patient care environment. Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.

Required Skills:
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Virginia. CPR certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Longevity in past roles. 

USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
