ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Willing to work on a wide range of tasks and projects, as assigned. Provide support in all areas of production reporting, including, but not limited to, data collection and validation of data accuracy between the shop floor reporting system and the QAD system. Validate the accuracy of data migration between the shop floor system and the QAD system. This includes, but is not limited to, administrator access to shop floor system error tables for review and correction of production errors, deleting labels and scrap that is held for review, correcting and releasing to be processed. Monitor inventory accuracy and troubleshoot any issues affecting the accuracy of the inventory, which may include supporting and/or performing cycle counts and key involvement in physical inventory. Participate in regular auditing of shift and campaign reconciliation to help maintain inventory accuracy. Assist in developing and/or maintaining a plan for every part of the organizational structure within the operations team. Work with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to create and maintain accurate BOM and routing in QAD. Work with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to create parts based on customer and internal engineering changes and launches. Work with shipping teams to resolve electronic data interface errors as well as maintaining shipping orders. In collaboration with the Launch Manager and sales team, monitor PPAP status of new parts and engineering changes. Assist the planning team in ensuring the appropriate parts are being produced. Education:

Associate degree in business preferred, but not required.

Years of Experience:

5+ years of experience in Manufacturing environment, with basic understanding of ERP system.
