SUMMARY OF DUTIES
As directed by the Program Administrator, is responsible for providing administrative assistance to support goals of, and services provided by Child and Family Service. Performs secretarial duties, record keeping and administrative detail and follow-up functions, all of which involves a high level of confidentiality. The Secretary/Disciplinarian acts as the Disciplinarian in the Adlerian/Corsini Method of Individual Education.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- High school, plus additional courses or specialized training at business or community college, or other formal training facility or program. Requires ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively.
EXPERIENCE
- Over six months, up to and including one year.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
