JobDescription:

We are seekingdynamic and customeroriented individuals with proficiency in Germanand English to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.This role involves working in a flexible environment both from homeand onsite depending on project requirements. As part of ourmultilingual support team you will play a crucial role in enhancingcustomer satisfaction across various globalmarkets.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Handlecustomer inquiries via phone chat email WhatsApp and social mediaplatforms.
  • Assist customers with technical andnontechnical issues ensuring a seamless customerexperience.
  • Engage in crossselling andupselling where applicable.
  • Utilize SmartVirtual Assistance (SVA) tools for realtime troubleshooting andsupport.
  • Start as Frontline Agents handlinggeneral queries and escalate to Technical or Commercial Backlinerroles over time.
  • Maintain accurate records ofcustomer interactions and follow up to ensure issueresolution.
  • Adhere to established escalationprocedures and maintain a high level of servicequality.
  • Develop strong professionalrelationships with customers and strive for customer retention andloyalty.
  • Work collaboratively within a teamsharing insights and providing feedback for continuousimprovement.

Requirements:

  • Proficiencyin German (C2 level) and English (B2level).
  • Strong communication skills and theability to handle complex situationseffectively.
  • Previous experience in customerservice or technical support is preferred but notmandatory.
  • Ability to navigate and utilizewebbased applications and computer systemsproficiently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in adynamic work environment.
  • Strong problemsolvingskills and a customerfocused attitude.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
