Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with M.S.H.A. and Pennsylvania mining regulations and company-specific safety rules.
  • Oversee production, site conditions, and equipment maintenance. Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain job site operations in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct thorough site and equipment inspections.
  • Serve as the bridge between the job site and management. Communicate safety activities, production progress, and HR issues clearly and effectively.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment, parts, supplies, and tools are available. Train personnel to use them safely and effectively.
  • Protect the well-being of all employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors on site.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in mining operations and foreman responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of M.S.H.A. and Pennsylvania mining regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
