Old Bridge Dental is seeking a dedicated and professional Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our dental practice, providing top-notch oral hygiene care to our patients.
Location: Old Bridge Dental, 125 Highway 516, Old Bridge, New Jersey 08857, United States
Weekly Hours: 16 hours
Schedule:
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PMCompensation:
Minimum: $51.00 - $52.00 per hourResponsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings and other preventive treatments Examine patients for signs of oral diseases and document findings Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining oral health Assist the dentist during procedures as needed Maintain accurate patient records and update as necessary Follow all dental office procedures and protocolsQualifications:
Valid hygienist license for the state of New Jersey Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental careBenefits:

Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
Through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services, Dental Hygienists are committed to improving the oral health of patients. Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times Under limited supervision, the Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and education in accordance with guidelines approved, issued, and regulated by the state in which they work. Patient screening, medical history and dental charting. Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line. Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease. Other duties as assigned
