BECOMING OUR GUTTER INSTALLATION TEAM LEAD

As our Gutter Installation Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of gutter installation projects. You'll lead a team of installers, oversee all aspects of the installation process, and manage daily schedules and responsibilities on the job site. Upholding a safety culture and maintaining quality control are key aspects of this role. Join us and experience the satisfaction of leading a team to success while protecting homes from water damage

All that we need from you is the following:

  • 3 years of construction experience
  • Resides within 30 minutes from our yard in Gaylord, MN
  • Reliable with great time management skills

Having previous gutter installation and lead experience is preferred but not required
