As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for financial analysis including financial research, review, and documentation. You will join a high-performing accounting team in ensuring accurate financial statements by preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and assisting with various month-end closing processes. You will also be responsible for the calculation of various incentive plans including the administration and execution of a specialized commissions software. Additionally, as a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will partner with the Financial Reporting team, as needed, in preparation of 10Q and 10K schedules, assist with fulfilling audit requests in a timely manner, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

In addition to the above requirements, you will be expected to build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

You will also have the opportunity to assist in new initiatives, special projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned by the Finance Director and/or Controller.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 3+ years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience.

Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:

Master’s degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 5+ years of experience in financial accounting activities Banking or financial services experience

Take initiative to research and resolve problems prior to asking for assistance from supervisor. Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.). Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
