LTC Therapy Services is seeking a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility. 

 

As the management company that oversees the Therapy Department, there are many benefits to working for LTC. We would like to speak with a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises.  Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.  In exchange, full-time employees are supported by a comprehensive benefits program including; medical insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, 401(k), and more 

 

Don’t forget... 

  • An active state PT/OT license is required.   
  • SNF experience is required. 
  • Experience as an Assistant DOR or DOR.
