Job Summary:
As a District Manager overseeing multiple locations for our franchise,
you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, sales growth,
and brand consistency across your designated territory. You will be responsible
for leading and supporting a team of Store Managers to achieve performance
targets, uphold company standards, and deliver exceptional customer
experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills,
strategic thinking abilities, and a passion for coaching and developing talent
in a retail or hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of Store Managers across multiple
franchise locations, guiding them in the execution of business plans and
operational initiatives to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Recruit, train, mentor, and coach Store Managers and their respective teams, fostering a
culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to assess operational effectiveness,
customer service quality, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and
standards.
Analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, labor costs,
inventory levels, and customer feedback, to identify trends, opportunities, and
areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Store Managers to develop and implement
action plans to address performance gaps, optimize resources, and drive revenue
growth.
