Responsibilities:
  • As a Clinical Supervisor in Northborough, MA, US, you will provide therapy services to assigned clients while upholding evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines, ensuring a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
  • Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating measurable objectives and suitable goals.
  • Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee optimal care and outcomes for clients.
  • Continuously monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapy process.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, and progress summaries.
  • Work with external sources to develop training programs customized to the practice's needs.
  • Offer supervision to the clinical team and approve all documentation for pre-licensed clinicians.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate for this Clinical Supervisor position in Northborough, MA, US must hold an LMHC license.
  • Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience.
