Responsibilities
  • Operate ROVs in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct pre and post-dive checks on ROV systems, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise
  • Perform inspections and maintenance tasks on ROVs, including cleaning, repairing, and upgrading components
  • Monitor the performance of ROV systems during operations, proactively identifying and addressing any potential problems
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute ROV operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Collect and analyze data obtained from ROV operations, providing accurate reports to project teams
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, adopting best practices and promoting a culture of safety within the team

Requirements

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as an ROV Pilot Technician in the offshore industry
  • Proven track record of operating and maintaining ROVs effectively and safely
  • Proficiency in using ROV control systems, including navigation, propulsion, and imaging systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of ROV systems and equipment
