Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling, storing, and shipping our products with precision and care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of efficiency and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using manual and mechanical equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing incoming inventory, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing them for shipment, ensuring that only high-quality items are sent to our customers.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that all warehouse tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
