Job Description:
  • - Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support the professional development of therapists
  • - Monitor and evaluate the quality of therapy services provided by the team
  • - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in mental health therapy
  • - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care to clients

    Essential Qualifications:
  • - Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • - Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMSW, LLP)
  • - Previous experience providing therapy services to individuals with mental health concerns
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Responsibilities:
  • - Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients
  • - Maintain electronic medical record training and assist staff
  • - Review treatment records and provide direction for documentation improvement
  • - Manage staff and department within span of control
  • - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings
  • - Maintain compliance with program requirements and staff credentials
  • - Attend meetings, conferences, and trainings in the community
  • - Assist clinical staff in utilizing data from electronic medical records
  • - Assess community needs and assign priorities for service delivery
  • - Collaborate with inter-departmental groups to ensure program administration
  • - Complete required documentation, referrals, and paperwork
  • - Abide by and support Person Centered Planning guidelines
  • - Follow professional code of ethics
  • - Perform other duties as assigned
