Position Title: Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, home care, and injury prevention.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.

Minimum Background Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in inpatient physical therapy.
• Current PT license in the state of South Carolina.
