NNC Department ofHealth and Human Services is seeking a Technical fullstack Lead formanaging the Transformation and Upgrades to Encounter ProcessingSystem.

  • This fullstack developer is to serve as an application developer for theNCDHHS in the design development maintenance of Web Portal withAngular JEE based applications. Practical experience in buildingenterprise applications is required.
  • Must have extensiveexperience in Angular framework in Spring Framework JUnit4 HTML XMLJSON JavaScript CSS and Gradle is required.
  • Experience in WebServices (REST SOAP) development is required.
  • Must have backendREST API development experience.
  • Must have implementedSAML SSO using React and REST API.
  • Must have AWS Cloudexperience. Must have GitHubexperience.
  • Should haveexperience using one or more application servers like WebSphereTomcat. Good understanding of enterprise architectural patternsincluding JEEdesign patterns is required.
  • Good understanding ofrelational databaseconcepts specifically Oracle and softwaredevelopment life cycle isrequired.
  • Experience in MMISsubsystems is preferred. Individual in this Position isresponsiblefor the design development and maintenance of missioncriticalapplications.
  • This positioninvolves working with the project manager projectmanagement staffother members of the project team andstakeholders.

ExhaustiveWorking knowledgeof:

  • Designdevelop and maintain webbased solutions using common standards andframeworks such as Angular React.js Spring Boot JAXB JAXWS JAXRSJPAJava EE Spring framework Hibernate and MyBatis.
  • Creation andvalidation ofSOAP and REST based clients and web services aredesired.
  • Excellent knowledgeof web clientside technologies (HTML JavaScript and CSS) Javadevelopment and build tools is required.
  • Experience in usingapplication servers like WebSphere Tomcat is a must.
  • Strong understandingof relational database concepts and experience interfacing with andworking with databases like Oracle DB2 and/or MS SQL Server isrequired.
  • Strong debugging andproblemsolving skills and Knowledge of enterprise architecturalpatterns including JEE design patterns is required. and flowcharts.
  • Cloud deployment is aplus.
