Your Opportunity: Navitor, Inc., a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Order/Electronic Image Processor at their Naples, FL facility.


Your Responsibilities:

Reviews and interprets customer order information for promotional product printing

Ensures all necessary items are present to produce the order effectively in a print production environment

Responds to internal questions from vendors via email, telephone and mocks up art proofs to send approvals for print

Sends orders into production with the correct information and production time

Updates production schedule with the correct ship dates

Understand print specifications for all products and file formats for printing

Able to mockup vector artwork with internal procedures

Ability to process orders with a deadline and a sense of urgency with all the correct information

Your Shift:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

You Must Have:

Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Outlook; Adobe Suite programs; Illustrator, and Photoshop

Knowledge of file formats such as jpg, eps, PNG, and vector vs. raster image

Ability to speak and communicate with fellow employees at a professional level

Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as purchase orders, operating procedures, or other job specific details for print

Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Requirements Within This Position:

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

We Would Also Prefer:

High School Diploma or the equivalent Graphic Design and print knowledge is preferred 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
