Hawksmoor NYC- a beautiful National Historic Landmark built as The United Charities Building in 1893. The location is just off Park Avenue South and north of the prestigious Gramercy Park and Union Square. The restaurant seats 170 with 2 Private Dining Rooms, and a 50-cover bar.

Key responsibilities of the runner role include:

Being an integral part of the team that ensures the smooth operation of the restaurant, including but not limited to: Proper daily setup and breakdown of the dining area. Correct setup and breakdown of the front-of-house kitchen area. Maintaining and up keeping crockery, cutlery, and other service items to the highest standards. Relaying and communicating efficiently between the kitchen and the floor team. Delivering food to tables promptly and accurately, following fine dining protocols. Ensuring consistent, high-quality service and hospitality standards throughout each shift.

To be considered for the role, you should have:

At least 2 years of experience working in top-tier restaurants in New York. Comfort and proficiency in handling high-volume operations, both in terms of covers and revenue. Strong runner skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid knowledge of food and beverage products. A highly professional demeanor with exacting standards, especially in a fine dining environment, and the ability to thrive during high-volume rushes.
