Who you are:

As a Teller Supervisor, you are our leader, providing guidance and support to every single teller and customer that walks through your doors. In this role, you will be responsible for providing teller services, ensuring service quality, train and mentor supporting staff while adhering to our Consumer Banking Performance Standards. You set the standard for what it means to bank with us and play an integral role in the maintenance of our high standards. Our supervisors have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to deliver our kind of banking experience—the kind that makes people want to stop by the bank and say hello. 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for supervising, training, mentoring, coaching, developing, counseling and supporting staff
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with Teller Performance Standards, procedures and internal controls
  • Responsible for teller controls and audits
  • Responsible for the vault, ATM, and cash dispensers
  • Review and/or reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Balance and/or review over & short DDA statements
  • Communicate regular updates on service quality, teller performance and internal controls
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • 2+  years teller experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced skills in coaching, judgement and decision making
  • Excellent time management skills
  • 4+ years teller experience
