Sr Director, Global Medical Affairs l Innovation and Scientific Excellence will partner with the Global Head of Global medical Affairs, (GMA) and the GMA leadership team to develop GMA strategic initiatives and execute GMA tactical plans, managing key projects, and facilitating communication across departments. How you’ll spend your day
Coordinate Medical activities with BD&L

Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a scientific discipline required; MBA or related business degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on R&D strategy, portfolio management, and drug development. Proven track record of developing and executing successful medical affairs strategies that have led to the advancement of medical affairs initiatives Strong understanding of medical affairs and drug development processes, including preclinical research, clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and commercialization. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies. Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align stakeholders at all levels. Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
