Express Technician

Job Summary:
The DELLA Auto- North Region is seeking a skilled and experienced Express Technician to join our team in Plattsburgh, New York.
As the Express Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of auto repair and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, and the ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $20 per hour, with weekly pay.
The selected candidate will also have access to benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions
- Inspect vehicle systems and components to identify potential issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs
- Communicate with customers to explain services and recommendations
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as an Express Technician or in a similar role
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
