Assistant Manager Job Functions Include:
- Managing daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Monitoring staffing levels; recruiting, interviewing, and providing hiring recommendations
- Training, developing, coaching, and evaluating employee performance; ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Regularly recognizing and rewarding employees for their work
- Interacting with guests and the community; responding to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 26 years in business, based in Milwaukee and currently operate 61 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. In September of 2021, a Master Development Agreement was signed to bring 14 Dave’s to Wisconsin over the next 6 years thus ushering in a new chapter of exciting growth for Roaring Fork Restaurant Group Our company operates under the core philosophies of service and results orientation, integrity, personal accountability, and commitment.
The purpose at Dave’s Hot Chicken is to “serve mind-blowing Hot Chicken to the world, turn Guests into Fans, and create opportunities for our Teams and Partners everywhere”.
Dave’s Hot Chicken was created by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenyan. Dave, a chef trained in Thomas Keller’s (French Laundry) organization set out to create the perfect Hot Chicken by searching, tasting, and frying. The four friends scrounged up $900 to put a tiny stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. The menu was simple, and the chicken was the star. And what chicken it is Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender imaginable with each piece topped with Dave’s own mix of spices ranging from No Spice to “The Reaper.”
