Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurantTake meal orders from residents and their guests and enter with accuracy into our Point of Sale SystemComplete all front of house side work in preparation for meal service to ensure efficiency, organization and sanitationAssist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community

Skills Required for Success

Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and evolving needs within the departmentProficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to actively listen, observe, identify and anticipate guests needs with a strong focus on customer serviceAbility to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be 16 years of age or olderProficient in written and verbal EnglishDemonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on positionInterest in working with aging population
