What You’ll be Doing
Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker. High School Diploma/GED Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as needed Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures Ability to work effectively within a team Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hoursPhysical Requirements and/or Environment
