The Senior Treatment Leader will oversee treatment project team members in the Central Texas Region and be responsible for technical project delivery, team management, and client management. Additionally, this individual will also work with the treatment team to perform analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for various wastewater treatment, reuse, and resource recovery facility projects. Lastly, individual will serve as team leader, senior advisor or project manager on large treatment projects.

Qualifications

15+ years of related water and wastewater treatment experience with emphasis on plant process evaluation, design and construction  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering. Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred. Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license (or the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months).  Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and strong presentation and sales skills.  Mix of technical experience including but not limited to water and wastewater process design, treatment plant civil/structural/mechanical/electrical design, treatment process studies, and construction contract administration and management. Previous experience in desalination design preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a team as well as independently.  Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients, both internal and external, as well as representatives of local, state and federal regulatory agencies.  Proven project management skills in managing complex, multi-discipline treatment plant projects.
