Duties and Responsibilities of a Care Professional:
Drive to the client's home to provide: Help around the house, laundry and meal preparation; Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities; Some clients need medication assistance and personal care (hands on help); Assisting client with dementia/Alzheimer’s (specific training provided).

Care Pro Skills and Qualifications:

Idaho resident 18 years and older withreliable transportation.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Able to lift 25lbs.Able to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect;Able to work with clients receiving Hospice care or at end-of-life;Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner;Pass nationwide background check, DMV check and drug screen;Possess a valid driver’s license, social security card and valid auto insurance with reliable transportation;Must be available a minimum of 20 hours each week and work a Minimum of 10hrs weekly.Must attend in-person Orientation Training (Usually held M-W, every other week) *No previous experience necessary - PAID classroom-based skills training provided by Home Instead*
