Some travel is required; Telework authorized, however candidates must be local to DC Metro Area as On-site presence will be required as needed.

Task Description:
  • Position will operate within the AF/A4C. Responsible to AF/A4CX to analyze and report status of installation CBRN Defense readiness.
  • Requires access to Management Internal Control Toolkit (MICT), Automated Readiness Information System (ARIS), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Inspector General Evaluation Management System, unclassified and classified (IGEMS/IGEMS-C), to determine if installations and functional AFS are adhering to policy and reporting CBRN Defense readiness.
  • Coordinate with Air Force Security Forces Center to receive and analyze DAF Mission Assurance assessment reports.
  • Analyzes data to determine if DAF installations are conducting exercises addressing current threats and where applicable, are conducting exercises with joint, coalition, allied, and/or host nation partners.
  • Coordinate with Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to receive and analyze DTRA Mission Assurance assessment reports pertaining to DAF installations and assets.
  • Analyzes data and reports as well as lessons learned (LL) and develops trends to inform the DAF CE, EM, C-WMD, and MA governance bodies for information or action.
  • Prepares briefings, BBPs, or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements, programs and issues.
  • Recommends corrective actions to the DAF government representatives.

Required skills/Level of Experience:
  • Minimum of a bachelor s degree or a minimum of 12 years experience in EM and CBRN defense operations across a full spectrum threat environment.
