TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a dynamic Strategic Market Analyst to drive customer-centric decision-making by developing comprehensive journey maps and customer journey paths for our key customer bases. This role will also deliver critical market insights to our Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams, enabling data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and customer satisfaction.

Customer Journey Mapping:
Development and refine journey maps and customer journey paths for TAMKO’s key customer bases, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Identify customer pain points, moments of truth, and opportunities for improvement across the journey lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate journey mapping insights into customer engagement strategies.Market Analysis and Insights:
Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams. Analyze customer segmentation data and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to keep TAMKO at the forefront of the building products industry. Provide guidance and advice to Marketing and Sales leadership to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns based on market data and customer journey findings.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams by delivering regular reports and presentations on market conditions, customer behavior, and performance metrics. Partner with Product Development teams to align customer insights with product innovation and positioning.Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Leverage data visualization tools and analytics platforms to present complex data in an accessible format for stakeholders. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and iterative processes.Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (master’s degree is preferred). 5+ years of experience in market research, business analytics, or customer experience management.Skills & Competencies:
Proven expertise in customer journey mapping and customer experience frameworks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in market analysis tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools (, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.Preferred:
Experience in the building products industry or related sectors. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.Physical Requirements/Work Environment
