  • Proficiency in applying the court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts.
  • Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing business, financial, and other case-related documents and records.
  • Proficiency in viewing, annotating, and organizing documents in a litigation support software environment.
  • Well-developed writing and research skills.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, discovery and routine correspondence.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • The ability to anticipate attorney needs, identifying problems and finding solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload; and
  • Experience in managing electronic and paper filing systems.
