Overview
What you will have an opportunity to do: Come join our food and beverage team who have the front row seat to amazing culinary creations and curating exceptional guest experiences 240 West is positioned as a locally sourced, handcrafted cuisine in a rustic atmosphere. Our Executive chef works with local growers and producers to bring quality and sustainable ingredients to your table. Our rustic atmosphere is influenced by wine country, with reclaimed wood beams, rich fabrics and a large stone fireplace. Bussers are responsible for clearing dinnerware from the tables, will assist servers in delivery of the food, help water tables, restock and reset the dining room for the next guest or shift. At all times, bussers are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcomed. Bussers role: Clear tables as needed. Reset with proper linen, china, silver and glassware. Carry trays with unclean dishes to the dish pit. Provide water and bread throughout the meal to the guest. Complete opening and closing sidework. Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant. Keep work area neat and clean. Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants. Your Environment: Controlled indoor temperatures, could experience high temperatures and high humidity when outdoor serving for our outlets and events. Varied volume levels based on capacity of outlet or event and entertainment schedule. Standing and walking on hard surface tile flooring, possibility for wet floors, grass, pool deck and carpet - non-slip shoes a must Qualifications What are we looking for? The right person will show great customer etiquette, be empathic, outgoing, and should thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. He or she must be able communicate effectively with the team and together work to provide an excellent experience for our guests.
