Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent - Open Enrollment (ACA)
Job Title: Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent
Location: Fully Remote in all states besides NY NJ and CA (Equipment Required)

Job Details for a Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST (Multiple shifts available)
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour + Commissions and Bonuses
• Set up: High-speed internet access (10/15 MBPS Upload and 100 MBPS Download) with a hard-wired connection. Computer with Windows 10 or higher (dual monitors) keyboard, USB headset with noise cancellation and webcam (Chromebook Mac and tablets not compatible).
• Environment: Enjoy working in a fast-paced call center work environment
• Duration: This is a contract position projected to start in October and go until Dec. 15th, 2024.

Job Responsibilities for a Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent:
• Must have active listening skills to partner with the customer to understand and process their request
• Handle inbound calls and enroll customers in policies based on their individual needs
• Represent the company by providing an excellent customer experience

Qualifications and Requirements:
• ACA experience required (minimum one OEP selling experience)
• Previous call center experience is preferred
• Dedicated, secure, distraction-free workspace and equipment- High-speed internet access (10/15 MBPS Upload and 100 MBPS Download) with a hard-wired connection. Computer with Windows 10 or higher (dual monitors) keyboard, USB headset with noise cancellation and webcam (Chromebook Mac and tablets not compatible).
•    High school diploma or equivalent
License/Certification:
• Health Insurance License (Required)
• South Carolina Reciprocal License (Required)
• Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Certification (Required)

What You Can Expect:
• Paid training (3 weeks, starting in October)
• $20 - $25 per enrollment in commissions for enrollments and renewals (paid out after the close of the program)
• Training Bonus, Program Completion Bonus, Performance Incentives (daily and weekly)
