Pines BMW is currently looking for a Lease Return Specialist to join their Pre-Owned Sales team

What will you do?

Our Lease Return Specialist is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to assist customers with their lease return process performing the following duties:

Greets customer on the sales floorExplain lease return process to customer to ensure that all components are clear and understoodVisually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventoryCompletes all paperwork and arranges for return of vehicleAssist Pre-Owned Sales Manager with customer problemsAttends/completes required training and department meetings
