Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)

Compensation: $18 to $32 per hour (depending on shift type)

Benefits: Flexible Schedule

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

Schedule: Part-time and Full-time Availability

Responsibilities:

  • Prompt, Reliable Care: Deliver care that truly makes a difference in clients' lives.
  • Personalized Service: Provide customized and human touch care that meets the unique needs of each client.
  • Help Achieve Care Goals: Assist clients in maintaining independence and safety in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience and CNA certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  • U.S. Citizenship or evidence of a valid Alien Work Permit.
  • Willingness to drive a radius of up to 35 miles from home.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes: We encourage applications from all Active Duty, Reservists, Guard Members, and Veterans. Applicable MOS codes for caregiving roles include:

  • Army: Combat Medic Specialist (MOS 68W)
  • Navy: Hospital Corpsman (HM)
  • Air Force: Aerospace Medical Service Specialist (4N0X1)
  • Marines: Hospital Corpsman (HM)
  • Coast Guard: Health Services Technician (HS)
