Responsibilities

Ascension St. Vincent is looking for a Part Time (.5 FTE) Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for our Indianapolis Public Schools Employee Wellness Clinic in Indianapolis, Indiana.

To greater meet the needs of our individual and corporate clients, Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a part-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician  to focus on optimizing patients’ overall health by assessing their current health risks, and providing an emphasis on disease prevention and management, education and detection as well as acute illnesses. The position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:


Required Credential(s):

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
