Oversee and lead initiatives for constant process improvement. Lead and guide root cause analysis efforts of security solutions at micron. Lead Security Engineers, work closely with Security Operations Center, Senior Security Analysts, Worldwide IT, field services, and Monitoring Teams to ensure that security solutions are operating at peak efficiency. Oversees operational transitions via training and critical solution documentation to ensure smooth operationalization. Act as the top of the escalation chain for internal critical system issues to prevent compromise of security posture, loss of Intellectual Property and interruption to critical business processes. Design technical security controls to reduce the risk of compromise of micron’s assets. Provide solutions for identified gaps in security posture. Guide and consult Operational engineers in upgrading security solutions. Drive escalated issues from ops team to complete resolution. Ensure that Change Management process of ITSM is followed when making production changes. Fulfill daily service requests and resolution. Create automation of common processes to reduce workload. Participate in root cause analysis with senior level engineers. Troubleshoot with end users. Remediate Virus Infections either directly or through collaboration with field services teams. May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a Security Engineer -related occupation.
