Automation Product Manager Responsibilities:
The Automation Product Manager oversees sales, promotion, and support for their assigned business unit's Product Technology. These products include hardware and software types, such as PLCs, HMIs, I/O devices, and industrial computers with their corresponding application software. They collaborate with Rockwell Automation and EECO sales teams, including Key Account Managers, Specialists, and other stakeholders. Key areas of focus include:
Market Maker: Define market opportunities for products, services, and solutions. Prioritize target opportunities to meet performance goals. Execute impactful sales engagements. Address growth and strategic goals.Lead or Follow:
Provide presales support to internal and external customers. Offer technical leadership in product technology. Develop demonstration scenarios and enhance effectiveness.Educator:
Proactively educate customers on product, service, and solution impact. Deliver timely training and updates. Manage product lifecycle and safety notifications.Marketing:
Strategically promote products to meet customer needs. Coordinate with Marketing for product launches.Important legal notice
