Pridestaff is searching for a Hotel Runner for a resort located in Temecula. This position requires you to focus on the needs of the customers by fulfilling special requests such as linens, food, drinks, etc. The candidate will also be responsible for helping the laundry department to sort linen. The position starts on Friday, December 29th at 9 AM and will be part-time hours after Tuesday, January 2nd.

• The pay rate for this position is $18-$19.00 per hour.
• The schedule for this position is Friday to Monday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. However, the schedule may be subject to change and must be flexible to work weekends whenever needed.

• Create an environment for the guests designed to stimulate all senses through personal services, amenities, and experiences.
• Follow up with guests with additional services that enhance the guests’ experience.
• Handle guest requests personally and/or refer them as appropriate.
• Demonstrate the hotel values when providing service and teamwork.
• Create luxury for all the senses by serving guests at the restaurants in accordance with hotel standards.
• Replenish water.
• Ensure the safety of guests and associates by following the Hotel safety guidelines.
• Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Report all items guests leave immediately according to the lost and found policy.
• Assist service team as necessary to meet and exceed the guests’ expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory or storage areas reporting any deficiencies to the departmental manager.
• Assist in performing other housekeeping tasks as business demands require such as Public Area Attendant, House Person, Laundry Attendant, etc., or any additional duties as requested by the supervisor or manager.
