Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Transactional/Corporate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law and corporate matters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, contracts, and corporate documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing transactional and corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, M&A, and contract law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
