DoD Military Skillbridge - Training & Development AnalystJob Summary:
Are you a military service member within or nearing your 180-day window for separation from active duty? If this is you, then Equinix has a unique opportunity to help kick-start the next chapter in your professional life.
The Training & Development Analyst will support and contribute to the development and execution of global training initiatives. This role combines instructional design, project management, and effective communication expertise to create effective and impactful learning experiences that meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will analyze training needs, support program logistics, and track and manage project timelines to ensure the success of learning interventions.
Responsibilities
Instructional Design:
Identify and assess learning needs and determine the best approach for a global audience. Design and develop training materials tailored to meet specific learning objectives. Help evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.Training Program Management:
Provide logistical support for global training initiatives, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.Training & Delivery:
Ensure all content is thoroughly tested and ready for deployment. Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Contribute to Train the Trainer sessions to enable internal facilitators. Project Management: Support the development and execution of project plans, focusing on meeting deadlines and managing resources. Monitor and track project progress, providing timely updates to the project team and stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, ensuring that any challenges are addressed proactively.Analytics:
Collect and analyze data from training programs to generate insights and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to developing reports and dashboards that track training effectiveness and impact.Qualifications:
Must be an active military service member within or nearing your 180 day window for separation from active duty. Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instruction 1322.29 and NAVADMIN 222/15. 3+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field. Experience in instructional design, project management, and communications strategies preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
