We are currently seeking a  CQI Coordinator  to join our team. This position is fully remote.

The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Coordinator (Corporate) is responsible for developing and implementing the CQI program in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the company, federal and state laws and regulations, accreditation standards, and specific contractual requirements. This professional reinforces the importance of implementing and monitoring corrective action plans developed for identified service delivery issues.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), master’s degree in mental health, or bachelor’s degree in an allied health field from an accredited institution required
• Certification as a Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) preferred
• Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred 
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health information, quality, utilization, or risk management 
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a correctional environment 
• Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation 
• Skilled in use of computer software for maintaining statistics and developing reports 
• Skilled in use of PowerPoint for developing and presenting webinars 
• Excellent problem-solving and writing skills 
• Experience working with a high degree of autonomy required 
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
